How to Reset Roomba i3?

If we are talking about the reset process for Roomba i3, it is simple to do. Like all Roomba vacuums, there are two methods in order to set the Roomba i3. Let's begin by using the soft reset method.

To set the reset button on the settings on your iRobot Roomba i3 vacuum you must locate those buttons: spot cleaner, clean and home.

When you have them located then press and hold them until the light in the ring starts to spin. Once the light starts to spin, release the button from your hold. This is the way to reset your Irobot Roomba vacuum for the model i3.

If you want to know the reset procedure that comes with Roomba i3, to reset Roomba i3 vacuum cleaner, to go through the hard reset procedure first, you must open the Irobot app on your smartphone.

After that you must navigate to the device options and then look for Roomba i3 and then remove it from your account.

This completes the reset roomba procedure. Following that, you are able to configure your Roomba i3 with your home network and then use it as you used it in the past.

A simple tip to the readers, if you are able to backup your data, then do it. Don't be afraid to use it as these schedules and floor maps can be helpful further for easy reconfiguration.

Additionally you should only reset your Roomba in the event of an actual need or genuine error, otherwise stay clear of it.

Sure If you're shifting to another location it is best to not make the backup since the schedule and maps will be altered depending on the new location.
